Krasnodar Trials Two-Stream Waste Sorting System for Cleaner Environment
Krasnodar is set to trial a two-stream waste sorting system from September 18 to October 31, 2025. This pilot project aims to enhance waste management efficiency and increase recycling rates.
Participants will suggest methods to implement this system, with a focus on economic efficiency. The project seeks to engage residents in environmental issues and make separate waste collection accessible and convenient for all. To achieve this, participants will study the population's opinion and preferences.
The most effective project will be scaled up across the Krasnodar region. This initiative aims to boost the volume and quality of recyclable waste, contributing to a cleaner and more sustainable environment.
