Los Angeles Marks the August Launch of a Fresh Cultural Landmark at its Newest Attraction
In the heart of Hollywood, California, a new cultural hub is set to open its doors to the public. "our website Los Angeles," located at 6801 Hollywood Blvd., is an exciting initiative that offers a rich experience showcasing Japanese art, design, gastronomy, innovation, technology, and more.
This worldwide project, conceived by the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, boasts three hubs – London, Los Angeles, and São Paulo. The Los Angeles branch, which occupies two floors in the Hollywood & Highland Center, is steps away from the Walk of Fame and home to the Dolby Theatre, home of the Academy Awards®.
The 2nd floor of "our website Los Angeles" has been open since December 2017, while the 5th floor, which hosts a Japanese restaurant, relaxing library, and event venue, along with spectacular views of Hollywood and Downtown Los Angeles, will officially open on August 25, 2018.
One of the notable individuals involved in the Steering Committee for "our website Los Angeles" is Larry Ellison, co-founder, executive chairman, and chief technology officer of Oracle Corporation. Ellison has been named Honorary Advisor for the project due to his active involvement in Japan and appreciation for Japan's art and culture.
