Michl Shooting Club's Main River Trip Culminates in Ochsenfest Celebration

The Michl Shooting Club from Mindelstetten, Germany, recently embarked on a trip along the Main River. Their journey culminated in a visit to Ochsenfurt for the annual Ochsenfest celebration.

Accompanying the group from Mindelstetten during their river trip were the 'Kirwa Singers'. The two groups enjoyed each other's company, with the singers providing entertainment during a break.

Upon reaching Ochsenfurt, the shooting club members were treated to a variety of activities at the Ochsenfest. Live brass music filled the air, while an oldtimer parade showcased vintage vehicles. Information stands from local emergency services offered insights into their work, and a flea market provided shopping opportunities. The highlight was a boat parade on the Main River.

During a snack break, the 'Kirwa Singers' and the local mayor, accompanied by his deputy, stopped by to greet the group. The Frickenhausen fire station served as the welcoming point for the visitors.

The Michl Shooting Club's Main River trip and Ochsenfest visit proved to be an enjoyable event, filled with music, history, and community interaction. The presence of the 'Kirwa Singers' and the warm welcome by local officials added to the festive atmosphere.
