Designing the perfect yacht charter vacation wasn't a straightforward task for the Luberto clan, but it was an experience they'd never forget. As they geared up for a Fourth of July getaway in the British Virgin Islands (BVI), Donny Luberto, his wife, and their 17 and 22-year-old daughters faced a conundrum. "We'd captained our own boats on past charters with friends," Donny recounted. "But we wanted to sail this time, and with the girls in tow, we wanted to maximize family time, not boat chores."

"He was hesitant to intrude, but we're friendly folk, so he soon became another member of the family."
With Kedon at the helm, they embarked on an epic voyage of snorkeling around Norman Island's caves, partying aboard The Willy T., lounging at Bitter End Yacht Club, and watching Fourth of July fireworks over nearby St. John.
"He took care of all the sailing mumbo-jumbo, but surpassed it by helping the girls with stand-up paddleboarding and fishing. He even joined us for dinner most nights."
By the end of their enchanting sailing odyssey, the Luberto family and Kedon had formed an unbreakable bond. With plans already in motion for another jaunt in November, Donny shared his favorite perk of chartering with a skipper:
"Not having the hassle of navigation and knowing the place like the back of my hand was simply the cherry on top."
