New Flights Take Off from Everywhere to Discover Italy

Are you ready to travel to Italy this year? International carriers such as British Airways, EasyJet, American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, United Airlines, Air Canada, ITA Airways, Ryanair, Volotea, WizzAir, and Aeroitalia have grand plans for new routes that'll connect Italy to various parts of the world.

Exciting New Flights from Britain

British carrier, British Airways, will open up three new direct routes to Italy this year. The airline will launch a new route connecting London Heathrow with Rimini Federico Fellini Airport on May 15th, with flights operating three times a week. British Airways subsidiary BA EuroFlyer will operate three direct weekly services between London Gatwick and Salerno, starting May 22nd. Lastly, British Airways CityFlyer will introduce a direct route to Olbia, Sardinia, from May 25th.

Expanding EasyJet's Italian Base

Budget airline, EasyJet, will inaugurate two new Italian bases – one at Milan Linate and the other at Rome Fiumicino – on March 30th. These additions will result in 16 new direct links with Linate and five new links with Rome Fiumicino.

American Airlines' and Delta Air Lines' Italian Adventures

American Airlines and Delta Air Lines will offer several direct flights to various Italian destinations this summer. It's time to explore Naples, Milan Malpensa, Rome Fiumicino Airport, Catania, Minneapolis, Boston, Atlanta, and Venice with these lovely new services.

United Airlines: Rome, Palermo, and Washington, DC

United Airlines will start the first-ever direct route between Denver International Airport and Rome Fiumicino Airport on May 2nd, with daily services in both directions. Moreover, the airline will launch three weekly services between Newark and Palermo from May 22nd (on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) and daily direct flights between Washington and Venice from May 23rd.

Air Canada: A Leap to Naples

Canada's flag carrier Air Canada will open up a new direct route connecting Montreal with Naples from May 16th to October 17th, with four weekly flights available in each direction.

Italy's Brilliant European Connections

ITA Airways, the national airline of Italy, will offer new direct flights connecting Munich, Germany, with Milan Linate from March 30th. Meanwhile, Irish budget airline Ryanair will connect Trieste with the Czech Republic's Prague and Lamezia Terme, Calabria, with two weekly flights from March 30th. Additionally, Spanish budget airline Volotea will offer direct flights from Paris Orly to Verona, Turin, and Alghero, Sardinia, from March 27th, March 30th, and March 31st. Finally, Hungarian airline WizzAir will open up a new direct route connecting Genoa with Warsaw, Poland, from May 1st.
